At Purnebu, every item is handcrafted individually and made to order using solid gold. Many of our pieces are personalized or include cremation/ash-holder functionality. For hygiene and customization reasons, all sales are final.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

• Personalized or engraved jewelry

• Cremation urn necklaces and memorial jewelry

• Custom-made designs created specifically for your order

• Handmade items where production begins immediately

Exceptions

We will review your case if:

• Your item arrives damaged

• There is a manufacturing defect

• The personalization is different from what you submitted

To request a review, please email info@purnebu.com within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos and your order number.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked Delivered by the carrier, Purnebu cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or unreceived items.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within the first 12 hours, as production begins quickly for handmade pieces.
