What is cremation jewelry?
Cremation jewelry is a small, sealed piece of solid gold jewelry designed to hold a trace of ashes or a keepsake. Purnebu pendants and bracelets are handmade in 14K or 18K gold with a discreet chamber so the memorial stays private and secure.
Is Purnebu jewelry solid gold or gold plated?
Every piece is solid 14K or 18K gold, not plated or filled. The metal is chosen for everyday wear and for a chamber that will stay closed for years.
How do I place ashes in the urn chamber?
Each order includes a filling kit and sealed instructions. The chamber opens with a small threaded screw. Use only a trace of ashes, close the screw firmly, and keep the piece dry until it is sealed. If you would rather not fill it yourself, a funeral home can do this for you.
Will the ashes stay secure?
Yes. The chamber is a threaded, sealable compartment sized for a small amount of ashes. Once closed correctly, it is designed for daily wear. Do not overfill the chamber.
Can I engrave a name, date, or message?
Most designs accept engraving on one or more faces. You can add a name, initials, date, or a short line during checkout. Because each piece is made to order, please check spelling before you place the order.
Orders and shipping
How long does a custom order take?
Most pieces are handmade to order. Production takes about 1 business day, then the order ships. You will receive tracking once the piece leaves the studio.
Do you offer complimentary shipping?
Shipping is free on every order. Production takes about 1 business day. USA delivery is 3–5 business days. International delivery is 5–10 business days, and any customs fees are paid by the recipient.
Can I order a pendant without a chain?
Yes. Many products include a Just Pendant option so you can wear the urn on a chain you already own. Chain length and gold carat are selected on the product page.
How should I care for solid gold memorial jewelry?
Wipe the piece with a soft, dry cloth. Do not soak it, and do not leave it in water. Avoid chlorine, perfume, and ultrasonic cleaners. Do not open the chamber once it is filled unless you intend to reseal it immediately.
Returns
Can I return a personalized piece?
Each piece is made to order. Personalized or engraved jewelry cannot be returned unless it arrives damaged or we made an error. Please review our Return and Refund Policy before ordering.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Write to us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the piece and the packaging. We will repair or replace a studio or shipping fault at no cost.
